After running one of Latin America's top interactive ad agencies planning campaigns for Sony, Marriott and UOL and traveling extensively for his clients throughout South America, Michael decided to put his travel experience and knowledge of Brazil to the test with creating a unique Brazil luxury tour company. Armed with 15 years of traveling, knowing how to create innovative concepts and campaigns with top executives, 12 years ago Michael decided to leave the ad business to do what he was really passionate about... travel. Since then Vip Brazil grew into the much larger VIP Tour Group planning tours for all of South America.

Caroline & Michael founded VIP Brazil after meeting in Sao Paulo during business and realized they shared similar dreams of life and business, especially operating escorted travel excursions to Brazil. Her management skills from running HQ workplaces and the Renaissance Hotel in Sao Paulo prepared her for a steady foundation to run the finances and operations for their new baby: VIP Brazil!. Caroline and Michael personally vet every experience our clients will see on their journey, including guides, chefs, yachts, helicopters and private jets.

Sarah Santos has returned to VIP with her degree from Vermonts prestigious Marboro College. Sarah is our resident honeymoon muse and concierge for The Signature Travel Network. Sarah is a Brazilian from Goais and has traveled extensively throught South America. Her areas of interest are luxury, honeymoons, adventure travel, culinary tours and wine tasting. Sarah shares her love of travel to create exciting new itineraries for the South American luxury market. Sarah joined VIP at the inception and we are so pleased to have her back!

Peri Frances comes to VIP with a wide range of experiences in Education, Arts and Culture and travel. A fluent French speaker and Francophile, she is the former Director of Marketing and Communications at Alliance Francaise d' Atlanta, and for many years organized and led arts and culture tours of the African Diaspora to locations such as France, Panama, Senegal, Ghana, South Africa and Brazil. She joins VIP as a destination specialist and Agent concierge, and delights in getting to know clients and agents. Her areas of interest are wine and food tours, architecture and design, the visual and performing arts, and historical tours.
